  Ordered a big mac and a mcflurry. When I opened up the mcflurry the was a big long hair. Most likely females. When I asked for a refund they refused to give one, they also refused to exchange the mcflurry, I even showed them the hair then I then got told to leave because I was scaring customers away. Disappointed, will be taking this alot further to food standards agency and will definitely not be returning. Absolutely shocking and disgusted by this service and quality of food!

  We come here occasionally. The kids love it. The place is clean and constantly updated. You are made to feel welcome. The experience if far from fast, it is a good hour or so of entertainment the kids get to enjoy; between playing on tablets, a happy meal toy and the soft play area. Overall Good value for money. It aldo far exceeds the experiences in other fast food chains. I also appreciate the effort put in into recycling and the information about the food ingredients.

  Was told that the fish fingers for my child would take but a moment and then they would bring them over... I waited... Eventually I went up to the counter and the person that served me said "oh don't you have them yet?" well if you didn't bring them over then no, I didn't get them. I was here on my own with a 4 year old... Not easy to cart everything back to the counter, hoping you don't lose your seat...
