  Nice to see to see it modernised but staff should be wearing gloves when handling food! I saw a young member of staff drop food not once but twice on work surface, pick it up and put it into packaging for someone's order.... not what you want to see when waiting for food.... Staff in general need to grow up and stop clowning around when working, whilst waiting for my order I could hear all the latest gossip from 3 separate groups of employees, one of which was a manager. Perhaps If they paid attention and acted a little more professional they would get orders right.

  Always get the order wrong and never put through meals, instead put items through separately. Food is subpar 90% of the time.

  Got a chicken legend out of here a few weeks back as a takeaway, upon crossing the city of Glasgow and opening the box I found that someone had taken a huge bite out of it.
  
  Paid on my card, phoned them up to complain, and was told "sometimes it just looks like there is a bite out of them" only recompense I was offered was a replacement if I wanted to drive back through Glasgow or if I stopped in another day.
  
  Wasn't a huge expense but I would have appreciated a refund seeing as it was on my card.
