- 1 / 5By sarah whiteWe ordered a delivery for 8pm as we were working until 7.45pm. That was at 7pm this evening. They attempted to deliver it while we were at work! Completely ignoring the requested time. After 2 phone calls the first being told it was on its way the second it would be the next delivery. I am STILL waiting! It is now 20 minutes after the requested time. If i hadnt paid for it already i would have cancelled the order and gone elsewhere. Poor customer service is an understatement tonight!!! My husband has now done a 13 hour shift and is away out for his second job with no tea. We won't be back!January 17, 2017
